- Manage accounts payable and receivable; categorize transactions accurately.
- Maintain job costing so every project's true cost is visible.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts monthly.
- Track draws and invoices; support payroll runs.
- Deliver monthly close and clean financial reports.
What we're looking for
- Proven QuickBooks Online proficiency.
- Bookkeeping/accounting background; construction job-costing a strong plus.
- Detail-obsessed and trustworthy with sensitive financial data.
- Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
