Produce complete, permit-ready construction documents — architectural, MEP, structural, and site — for residential builds.
Apply for this roleWhat you'll do
- Draft full architectural plan sets: floor plans, elevations, sections, details.
- Produce MEP drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Produce structural drawings; coordinate with engineering as needed.
- Produce site plans where possible (grading, utilities, layout).
- Deliver clean, code-compliant, permit-ready document sets.
What we're looking for
- Experience producing FULL residential plan sets across disciplines.
- Architectural + MEP + structural drafting; site/civil a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the IRC and US permit requirements.
- Precise, organized, and deadline-reliable.
