- Space planning and finish/material/color selections for interiors.
- Exterior elevation and facade design that elevates curb appeal.
- Produce mood boards, selection sheets, and client-ready presentations.
- Create photoreal 3D renderings of proposed designs.
- Collaborate with the draftsperson and estimator to keep designs buildable and on budget.
What we're looking for
- Residential interior + exterior design experience.
- A portfolio of renderings and completed designs.
- Strong eye for materials, proportion, and current US design trends.
- Reliable, responsive communicator.
