Run residential construction projects remotely — scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgets, draws, and daily oversight — alongside our US team.

- Build and maintain project schedules; track milestones and critical path.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors — RFIs, submittals, scope, change orders.
- Track budgets vs. actuals and manage the draw schedule with the bookkeeper.
- Keep daily logs, progress photos, and clear owner/GC communication.
- Flag risks early and keep every job on time and on budget.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years managing residential construction projects.
- Fluent written + spoken English; strong, proactive communicator.
- Familiarity with US residential construction practices.
- Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
