Sales Rep — Cold Caller (Outbound)

What you'll do

• Work a dialer through our list of 17,000+ NC real estate professionals and investors — cold outreach is calls + email only (never cold-text the list).
• Text and follow up with warm leads over SMS — inbound inquiries and anyone you've already spoken to — to keep deals moving to the close (A2P-compliant).
• Use our proven cold-call script to pitch the GC Inspection & Budget Report and Deal Pack, and handle objections with confidence.
• Close the low-ticket products on the call — drive the buyer to the checkout link for the $299 Quick Read and $899 Full Report.
• Set qualified appointments for the higher-ticket products (Deal Desk membership, Deal Pack, full-GC / Owner-Controlled Build) for the closing team.
• Log every call outcome and disposition accurately in GoHighLevel and keep the pipeline clean.
• Hit daily dial, contact, and conversion targets and report your numbers.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of outbound cold-calling or phone sales — B2B or real estate strongly preferred.
• Clear, confident, neutral-accent spoken English and a strong phone presence.
• Comfortable running a dialer + CRM (GoHighLevel a plus); disciplined about logging dispositions.
• Coachable, resilient, and target-driven — you like the phone and don't fear a 'no.'
• A quiet, distraction-free calling environment with reliable high-speed internet and a good headset.
• Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.
